Are package prices calculated per person?

Yes. Prices shown are per adult traveller unless otherwise stated.

How much is the booking deposit?

The online deposit is RM1,000 per selected passenger, with a minimum group size of 5 and maximum of 15.

Does payment immediately confirm my place?

Payment records your booking request. Dates, flight availability and the final arrangement are confirmed by the EscapismTour team.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation one month or more before departure can be reviewed. Requests within one month are handled by negotiation and at EscapismTour’s discretion.

Do all packages use direct flights?

Direct flights are prioritised, but the final carrier and route depend on departure point, travel date and availability.

When is the remaining balance due?

The team will confirm the balance schedule after the deposit and travel-date discussion.

Do I need to provide passport details at checkout?

No. Checkout only collects the primary customer name, email, phone, date of birth and passenger quantity. Remaining traveller details are collected later.
